I was saddened to learn of the passing of one of my old skiing buddies, Bob Penniman. Bob introduced me to Stowe skiing and the Shed. We took memorable ski trips together to Europe and the American west. He kept me supplied with discounted ski equipment for many years. Hopefully the snow is better where he is now than what we have here!
